Banner Adjustment (Desktop and Mobile)

Hello support team, I need to adjust the banner on the website home page for Desktop and Mobile. As I make adjustments, the theme flattens the image, which looks great on the desktop and increasingly smaller on mobile. How to adjust for both formats? Can I use the same image in different sizes for each one? example attached.
