I set the banner to default, but then all the banner will be in that line and too small. I want the background color full with and the content to be in the same line as the other content.

For now, I have disabled the row, you can enable it, check and use.

I have no idea, how to enable the row, but I have made almost fixed the banner, thanks to your help. – Now only top of the button is visiable.

You can remove the banner and use the text block and button, you need to the grey color on the column background and make the height of the column equal in the main row settings.
