Banner height for desktop

Hi for a time now I can not display a Header banner because as I set my “banner height for desktop”, instead of just setting the height of the display for my banner… it also moves my html block as well.

My html block at the preview seems correct, but a soon as I activate the Header banner to ON, also at the html block preview it moves down.

I try to fix this / remove the space, by setting negative padding, margin but with no effect.

Hi I have set it to OFF because it’s a working site (I don’t want it to have that empty space on top).

Just go ahead and set it to ON or OFF to see the problem. Thank you!

Please try recreating the banner and add the image as the header banner background and put the text in the HTML Block.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then check back.

If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

I deactivated all the third party plugins, and one by one activated them back again… it seems that the problem / conflict is with the Google Language Translator.

How can this be fixed?
