Banner links not work

Hi Guys,

I just got through changing and organizing our websites categories and menu. I then adding the new links to some of the banners I changed but they do not work. It is 1:17 am now so I don’t think much people are on the site, however I would like to have a solution to fix this before customers do start coming on.

In the video you can see that the smarts devices link doesn’t lead any where, but the fruits and vegetables link (which I didn’t change) works fine.

In the video below I copied the category link:

Then I pasted it in the banner url section:

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

Our website is live. It would be hard to deactivate the plugins.

Please, use Private content for your website access. And we need your wordpress dashboard link too.
