Banner Promo – Error hide text

I have an issues, the text is hide im banner promo, I am not able to show the texts again.
Can you help me?

Hello,

Under the “Content” tab, you will see the option to add text to the promo banner. Click on the text box and type in your desired text.

You can customize the text style, font, size, and color under the “Style” tab.

There are text in the banner promo, but are hide, I don’t understand what could be happening.

The text could be set to a “display: none” CSS property, which hides the element. You can check this by inspecting the element using your browser’s developer tools. If you see “display: none” in the CSS styles, you can change it to “display: block” or “display: inline-block” to make the text visible again.

It’s possible that the content is not set properly in the banner promo section. Check whether the text is included in the banner promo section and that it’s visible in the page builder.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
