    1. currently in the ‘sliders’ section i am setting ‘Stretch slider’: Make slider full width and ‘Height on desktop’: 350px, the banner image i designed has a ratio of 2880x800px but the image is cropped above and below, let me ask from the height and width i set, what formula should i use to calculate the ratio of the banner so it is not cropped. thank you in advance

    2. in ‘layouts’ -> ‘product archive page’ -> edit ‘slider’ component -> General -> synchronization. When I select any option in there like screenshot number ‘2’, the whole page will be broken like screenshot number ‘3’, I don’t know what the cause is and if it has any effect

    Hi dhndigitalmarketing,

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    1. Please try to increase the height of slider is bigger or to be equal at least the images and double check.

    2. If you have only 1 slider / gallery, you don’t need to use that option.

    Best Regards,

    Hi dhndigitalmarketing,

Please allow me to explain: To use synchronization with the WoodMart Slider widget, you need to have two separate slider widgets on the same page. For e.g:

    1. Main Image Slider > Set as Synchronization: Parent

2, Thumbnails Slider > Set as Synchronization: Child

When you click or swipes the main image slider then the thumbnail slider updates to show the active image. Clicking a thumbnail (child) may also control the parent (if bi-directional sync is enabled).

    Hope it clears.

    Regards,
