Banner to the category page not showing up

Hi,

I added image in Products/Category/Category A and still I don’t see it above the products on our category A page.

Am I missing something?

I tried with HTML block as well but I see the picture but below the products, not above in the header (banner).

Please advise the HTML block and page where you want to show, insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

I am checking the site and I see you do not use the Woodmart theme there. HTML block is WoodMart unique functionality.
