Banners are not properly working

Hi,

I have made some banners on my homepage, THE MAIN WEBSITE banner it’s not properly set, I have dried different work arounds but the content is still misplacing. Can you please adjust the main banners height for desktop, Tab and mobile version , so they can look better. Also please explain it to me as well so that I will keep in my mind for next time. Also the banners are lagging not loading properly can you look into that as well ?
