Banners Issue

The banners uploaded are not fitting well. Please help me with the banner size and also tell me how to create banners on the website is it using slider revolution or woodmart slides. I have attached image for your reference please revert asap

Please provide the page URL where you use Promo banners of our theme. Do you mean the Slider Revolution? If you mean the Slider Revolution try to upload images much bigger in size and check.

The home page’s first element is Slider Revolution https://prnt.sc/tsuxpt not the Promo banner.

Please clarify, provide page URL with the banner.

I am not even talking about the promo banner. I am asking the propr size for full-width slider rev banners only. For a week I have been asking support for this but there is no response from your end. If I have provided you credentials and the home page URL it clearly means I am talking about slider rev banner only. Also, I highlighted the same in the image attached. Kindly read properly and provide a solution to the above issue

Our theme is 100% compatible with the Slider Revolution, however, our theme support does not cover support of the Slider plugin. You call the “Slider” as the “Banner” and that confused me and caused a long period of help support. In the very beginning, I suggested you upload images of a bigger size as this the only solution for the issue. If your image is big enough and you have the problem, it means you have configured something incorrectly. Please refer to the Slider Revolution documentation and check all the settings. https://revolution.themepunch.com/joomla/documentation/

Alternatively, if you uploaded the demo, you can choose the ready slider, replace the image background and content, and get a ready a nice slider.

I am checking your site again, the issue is caused by the image size and wrong configuration. Please upload images of the equal size and proportion and check how it works.
