Bar doesn't get sticky

I want to make this redbar sticky, but I check the sticky option and only sticked the brown bar. I attach images of all and the website. Thanks.

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website.

Please Go to WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Edit header and disable the sticky header clone from settings.

Then clear the cache and check back.

Ok, it works, but is there any when when the sticky header goes to the original position static, avoid dissapear and have some animation like join? Actually it dissapears when reach to the static position.

You can try changing the behavior of the sticky header to stick on a scroll from WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Settings.
