Base Import and theme setting doesn't work

I’ve try to import “base Import” from “import base data” button, but nothing happened.
Also, the theme setting page is completely empty.
I charge a screenshot to prove this.
I work in localhost.

Hello,

Try to disable all external plugins and check how it works without them. We are not able to test the problem while your website is hosted locally.
