Base Price from…to not working

Hi,

we are legally required to show the base price of our product per kg through the Plugin Germanized Pro and you provided a fix a few years ago that worked perfectly (https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/price-units-base-price-shown-wrong/)

Unfortunately with the latest version it doesn’t work completely.

It works correctly on products with variants when all variants have the same price (see here: https://www.swedenform.com/produkt/zweifarbiges-langflachsleinen-16-2/)

But it doesn’t show the correct base price if the variants have different prices (see here: https://www.swedenform.com/produkt/baumwoll-chenille-nm-2-0/)

I already checked with vendidero the company that does the Germanized Pro plugin and they checked that everything is working fine in terms on configuration.

As the base prices work fine unless there is the case with variants having different prices so there is a “”from… to …” price, can you please check if there is a fix similar to the last one you provided?

Hello,

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder
We will also need to switch between themes to see how it works with a default theme.

as we can’t just mess up our shop I created you a sandbox that is the current state and deactivated plugins there. The admin login is in the private information below.

Feel free to deactivate plugins and change the theme there as you need for testing. Please mind that the Germanized Plugins are required to show the base prices.

It looks like this problem is caused by the plugin YITH WooCommerce Wishlist. Try to disable it and see how it works.

Ah I see. I remember it was part of the recommended plugins when we set everything up a couple years ago so I didn’t deactivated them as I thought they are part of the theme…
