Basel Behaviour

Hi Team,

Is this normal behaviour? In a variable product, if we have 2 variations, it is displayed as a variable product with all the variations, however, if it has more than 2 variations, it is not displayed as a variable product in cart, but as options of that particular product.

For example product 1 in the screenshot is being displayed as “Blackforest, 1 pound, eggless” which is complete and fine. But in product 2, the product name is just “Angry birds cake”, and the rest of variations come as options. Shouldn’t the product name be “Angry birds, 2 pound, egg, black forest”

Hello,

This is Woocommerce functionality and this is the way the Woocommerce works. Shopping cart is designated for showing the selected variation from all available items. The shopping cart should not show variation, the product page should. You can test the issue on the Storefront theme (Woocommerce free theme) to see that our theme does not influence.
