Hi Xtemos team,
we purchased the Basel theme and we’re setting it up on a WordPress website. After installing the theme and importing the demo/template, we ran into the following issues:
1. Media not imported automatically
After the import, not all the media assets expected by the demo/templates (images/assets) were imported.
Could you explain why this may happen and what the correct procedure is to import all demo media?
Are there any settings/requirements (plugins, permissions, server configuration, etc.) that could prevent the media from being downloaded during the import?
2. Sections saved as templates, but no template library visible
We can save sections as templates, but we can’t find any option/command to view the library of saved templates and reuse them on pages.
What is the correct workflow to save a section as a template and then insert it again later?
3. “Default” homepage not found among imported pages
Among the imported pages we can’t find the “default homepage” (the one we would like to set as the main homepage for this website).
Is there a specific default homepage included in the demo?
How can we import/enable it, or correctly recreate it and set it as the site homepage?
If needed, we can share our WordPress version, Basel theme version, active plugins list, and screenshots of the import process and the template section.
