Basel: How to show only Primary category?

I am using multiple categories for my blog posts, But I really need to show only one category (Primary category) for a post. Have a look at the picture attached.
In case: I am using Yoast SEO, and actually there is an option to determine which category is the most important (Primary category), but it’s so strange works! I select Primary category, but for blog readers still I have multiple categories and cannot show only one of them!
Is it possible to have a code snippet to the Custom CSS and fix it?

Unfortunately, CSS would not solve the problem. Such an issue requires a complicated customization and we do not have a quick solution.
