Warren PickardParticipantHi There,
If you go to this page, the Basel Price filter is working properly:
https://hnwgallery.com/product-category/all-artwork/reproductions/?orderby=random_orderYou will notice the Category is set to “Reproductions” and the Basel Price Filter ranges from $0 up to $3000 (and this is correct).
However, if I add the word “Flowers” to the “Subject” filter, then the Basel Price Filter stops working properly. Now the prices range from $0 up to $15,750 (and this is wrong). This is because we don’t have any reproductions that are priced higher than $3,000.
In other words, the Basel Price Filter is supposed to show me the price ranges for all the reproductions with flowers, which should be somewhere between $0 and $3,000
Do you know why this is happening, or how I can fix this?
Thanks

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please check the FTP access, clarify the domain: is it with ftp…. or net domain, type of connection and port if any. The provided credentials are not workable.
Best Regards

Warren PickardParticipantHi Elise,
The host name was provided to me by WP Engine (our server host).
Furthermore, I tested those credentials the first time and they worked fine on FileZilla.
Just to be safe, I tested those credentials again (just now) and they worked fine again on FileZilla.
NOTE: WP Engine said that if you get a message like this:
“The server’s host key is unknown. You have no guarantee that the server is the computer you think it is. Trust this host and carry on connecting?”
…that you should still proceed and it will work just fine.
So that is what I’ve done each time and it worked fine.
I’ve also edited our email templates several times using the same host on FileZilla and it worked fine for that as well..
I’ve included the same credentials that I provided to you last time in the private content below.
However, I’ve also included a screenshot showing that I successfully logged in on FileZilla using those credentials.
Are you able to try logging in on FileZilla?
And if you get a message saying: “The server’s host key is unknown…”,
did you still try to proceed? Please give that a try and if it still doesn’t work for you, please tell me which SFTP program you are using and what message you are getting and I will contact WP Engine for assistance.
Thanks again for your help, and sorry for the headache.

Artem TemosKeymasterIt seems to be a WooCommerce issue. Please, check how it works with the standard WooCommerce price filter widget.

Warren PickardParticipantThanks Artem.
I will check how it works with the standard WooCommerce price filter widget.
In the meantime, here are two small issues that we’ve tried to fix, but need your help:
1) We have a Top Bar Menu on our website, but this Top Bar Menu disappears on mobile devices. Here are two screenshots to show you what I mean:
https://hnwgallery.com/screenshot-1/
https://hnwgallery.com/screenshot-2/Despite my best efforts, I cannot figure out why the Top Bar Menu disappears on mobile devices, or how to fix it. It would be greatly appreciated if you can tell me how to make the Top Bar Menu appear on mobile devices. Alternatively, if you need access, please see the private area below.
2) We are not using the “Compare” feature on our website. However, here is a screenshot from a mobile phone and you will notice the small “Compare” circle is showing (just above the “Enlarge” tool).
https://hnwgallery.com/screenshot-3/
It would be greatly appreciated if you can tell me where the settings are, so that we can make the “Compare” circle disappear from mobile devices.
Thanks again for your assistance. It is greatly appreciated!

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
1. There is no option to show the menu in the top bar on mobile.
2. Navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop > Compare > disable the option. http://prntscr.com/niqquq

Warren PickardParticipantThanks very much Elise!
One last question from these two screenshots:
Do you know how or where we can change the redirect (URL) for the RETURN TO SHOP button in the Shopping Cart?
