2. How to disable the hyperlink in portfolio page

Please add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global:

.single-product-content .entry-title {
    font-size: 38px;
    margin-bottom: 10px;
}

If it is not what you mean, please provide the screen that you want to remove.

You can find the Portfolio options in the Theme Settings > Portfolio.
