Basel theme is requires shipping on new woocommerce

Hello basel theme, I just renewed my support. I recently updated my store to new woocommerce and found out a glitch. We use a aliexpress dropshipping plugin that retrieves aliexpress shipping and display it on our product page. With the new update, basel theme also added its own shipping field “Ship To Country”. We do not want this field because it is interfering with our default shipping. It asks users to select country but it does not provide shipping method and it asks for shipping method. How can we delete this option? I will attach a picture to further illustrate the issue.
We know the problem is because of the basel theme because other theme works fine!

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not? Please, send us a screenshot of how it looks on that theme.

If it works in this way with all themes, then it is not our theme issue and caused by some of the installed plugins.
