Basel theme translation into Russian

I have files <.htaccess, .mo and .po> for translating a Woodmart theme into Russian. Tell me – is it suitable for the Basel theme?
Do I need to redo them through the POEdit application?

I looked at the documentation for the Loco plugin – there you need to translate a lot yourself. And automatic translation has become paid. So I wanted to find a quick way. I bought a Woodmart theme from you and bought a translation for it.
Now bought a Basel theme. I thought maybe they are the same for both topics.
