Please, for optimum speed, I would like to know the following :

    1. Does your team support wide screen and do you have any demos on that for a multi-vendor store?

    2. What is the recommended product picture size (in pixels) for the theme.

    3. Do you have dedicated mobile optimized options?

    4. We wish to reduce the height of the top banners. How do we reduce that please? (based on demo on electronics)

    Kind regards,

    Kodzo

    Hello,

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

    1) You can set the width of the website from Theme Settings >> General Layout.

    Screenshot for Clarification: https://ibb.co/x58hMGH

    2) We do not recommend any image size you can use images of the sizes according to your requirements. The Images size used in our demo are as follows:

    thumbnail: 150×150
    medium: 400×300
    large: 1300×800
    shop_thumbnail: 200×230
    shop_catalog: 430×490
    shop_single: 700×800

    3) There is no such option in theme settings. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images or other resources.

    4) Please provide me with some relevant screenshots of the specific area to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

Sorry to come again with a very basic question but I need some further support on the images.

So when uploading products, the product page image and the catalog image, which one is uploaded for the other to be created out of it? The product page image or the catalog page size of image.?

I would be very grateful to know how your theme is structured to handle this particular issue for optimum performance.

    Kind regards,

    Kodzo

    Hello,

The other images of the products are created when you add the product image. From Edit Product.
