1. All our demo uses Revolution Slider. This plugin is attached to the theme. Appearance > Install plugins. If you do not have it in the list, you can take and upload it from the theme folder theme/inc/plugins/
2. No, you do not need anything, you have already got all necessary: navigate to Woodmart > Base Import and import any demo you like: http://prntscr.com/kgwti4 You will get all the templates except images. Demo version uses blank images for products.
3. Please deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and provide admin access and FTP. In order to distinguish which plugins relate to the theme and which do not, deactivate them all and then navigate to Appearance > Install plugins and activate all in the list.
4. Try to clean your cache http://prntscr.com/kgx11f I do not see anything like this on your site.

addyParticipantI am using only theme plugins only except for some other necessary like Paypal, Google analytics etc. I am not using any other app or plugin to enhance frontend. Point number 3 still needs to be addressed. Please see the screenshot though the drive link. all other queries are solved for now.

addyParticipantPlease don’t mind but unfortunately, I am not allowed to share the site FTP access. I request you to instruct me on all the settings in as much detail as possible that need attention and that may require change. I will do my best and update you.
Also, my description is in “Heading 5”. I hope that will not affect that improper theme layout.

We have checked the following issue in our dev environment and we did not find such problem. This problem may be caused by third parties plugins or custom code in the parent/child theme. In order to investigate and fix the problem, we need your admin and FTP access. We cannot fix your issue without checking the backend of your site.

addyParticipantI realized that it still needs improvement. The text appears proper but select options and color options do not appear on hover inside the Product category page. It works fine with homepage products only.

addyParticipantUpdate to my previous message. Those options are there…it is just not visible. If you click on the appropriate place, it will work.

As we can see, your product grid HTML structure was changed by the plugin (https://prnt.sc/khc31p). Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and check if the problem appears?

addyParticipantYes, It solved by removing the Woocommerce grid plugin by some third party. It was installed by the previous theme and was no longer required. Thanks!
