By the way, if I understood well, the purchase code can be used locally in my localhost wordpress setup, and also in my prod instance, right ?

Yes, you can activate the license twice for one and the same site: on the live (productive) domain and one for the local or any testing domain.
As soon as your site is ready you can migrate the site from one domain to another using of the migrating plugins. WoodMart theme as well as any other theme does not provide migration functionality.
