Best Seller Product

I try to show Best Seller Product in Home Page, I am using Products grid or carousel using “bestsellers” as selected Data source, but when I Check instead it shows all products even though there is no order in all the product yet.

We just tested and this element shows the same products as default WooCommerce bestsellers element https://prnt.sc/i885bz

So is that mean that the problem is with Woomcommerce ?

How to display only best selling product that total_sales is above 0 ?

Do you mean that products from the screenshots have total_sales=0?

Yes, you can check that all the product in the screen is actually have total_sales=0, that’s why I am confuse why it is showing in best selling category?

Could you please provide us your FTP access so we can check what is wrong? And do you have any other products with some sales or all products don’t have any sales at all?

Please find below, yes all product don’t have any sales, Also I just notice that Woodmart’s Products grid showing the New Product also does not work

We tested your products and see that there are no products with number of sales more than 1. Be sure that you have some complete orders to be sure that you really have “best seller” products.

Maybe I am not clear enough, In my front page I wanted to list all Best Seller Product, but since I just upload the product and no product has been sold, so it should showing none product in the best seller list. But instead it shows all the product that I just uploaded.

We understand, but WooCommerce best sellers elements show all products even without sales. It just orders them by the total number of sales. It is not a bug.
