Please make sure that the WooCommerce my account shortcode is set correctly in the edit page:
[woocommerce_my_account]Then, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced, then click Save Changes to set the My Account page in the section of Page Setup.
If the issue remains, please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards,

February 3, 2026 at 2:04 pm #707072Hello,
After a more detailed review of your issue, we found that you have the file
css/parts/woo-page-my-account.min.csswith outdated changes that were added during the theme update. In this case, please clear all caches on the website. If this does not help, please reinstall the theme archive.Best Regards,

regisaxel.ndingaParticipantHello,
Thanks for working on the problem. But my customer noticed a very big problem. It’s like the website went back into the past ( something like 1 or 2 weeks ). Some parts of style we did is not here anymore. It’s very detrimental for the business of the client since every day the website is not online is money lost. Have you done anything that can explain these backtrack?
I’m avalaible for any question if you need but we need to go as fast as possible the situation is quite critical.Regards
February 4, 2026 at 11:44 am #707199Hello,
As far as we understand, the theme was reinstalled, and based on what we can see, there are currently no issues on our account.
However, we are very concerned to hear that you are experiencing such a serious problem. Could you please clarify exactly what content or styling is missing?
Before that, we would also like to clarify one important point: did you make any changes directly to the parent theme? Please note that any modifications made to the parent theme are removed during a theme reinstallation or update.
Best Regards,

regisaxel.ndingaParticipantHello,
Did you guys reinstalled the theme? We have big problem on the website since the website is like what we left something like 2 weeks ago. Some buttons lost the style and are now grey, some pages has backtrack. That’s very concerning. Can i know what as been done exactly to correct everything? Also even the account page as lost the translations and some pages also. I never worked on the parent theme all custom codes has been done on the child theme.
I’m still available it’s very important that we finish with that.

regisaxel.ndingaParticipantEven the “fake” price close to it ( on the left ) is a problem. We went from just the my account page with a problem to the whole website being broken. Please help me. It’s quite problematic
February 5, 2026 at 11:47 am #707326Hello,
We have not made any changes to your website, including reinstalling the theme.
As a first step, could you please restore a backup of the website? This would help us better understand when and how these issues started.
Regarding the problem with the price display, it most likely comes from a third-party plugin. Neither our theme nor WooCommerce includes such functionality by default.
Overall, this is a very strange situation. The issue with the “My Account” page was resolved, but new problems have appeared, even though no changes were made on our side.
Best Regards,
