at the end of the order an alert says: Billing shipping method is mandatory and blocks the process from end of order to payment. Can you tell me where the problem lies? thank you
You can configure the checkout page in Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping option, you will find the option to configure the addresses https://prnt.sc/wgxrtt

Thank you for your feedback. I have checked the button you advised me. But it still doesn’t work and I still have this message displayed even though I set the shipping method correctly. I don’t know where the problem is coming from. is in the form: part billing or is there a shipment? I’m lost.

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.
Your problem relates to the Woocommerce functionality and our theme does not influence the base Wooocmmerce functionality. Please refer to the Woocommerce documentation or support to configure the checkout as per your needs as our theme does not have these options.
