On the checkout, is it possible to show some specific fields like “company name” or “CNPJ number” (in Brazil) only in case the client choose the option “legal person/bussiness”?

Checkout page is the Woocommerce functionality and Woocommerce does not provide the option by default. You will need to search for a plugin for this purpose.
