Billing Email address is a required field (Email Field Not Showing in Checkout )

I have been trying to make it possible for email field to show in checkout field but it isn’t showing at all. The email field is a default woo-commerce field that is necessary in billing details not just for email for ME (Seller) but also for Customers (to receive a mail saying “Your {site_title} order has been received mail”). Need an urgent help
