Black bar and black sides footer

Hi, I have a question. How can I edit the black bar at the top in the theme? And the footer has black sides on the left and right — how can I change the color of those?

This section is part of the Header Bottom > To modify it, please go to WoodMart > Header Builder, edit your current header, then locate the Header Bottom section.
From there, open the Style tab and change the background color as needed or edit the Text/HTML widget to modify the text.
For the footer color, I have checked that the footer color has already changed.
