Black boxes surrounding case study images

I am having an issue where there are black backgrounds on the portfolio page images. I would like to remove the black background but cannot see how to do this.

Try to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings to fix this issue.
```
.basel-portfolio-holder .portfolio-entry .entry-thumbnail {
	background: transparent;
}
```

That seemed to have worked. The images are still off-centre. Any fix for that?

There is also no way to put a filter on the portfolio page in order for visitors to filter down into my categories

When I go to “edit with WP Bakery” it says “This page can not be edited with WPBakery since it is missing a WordPress default content area.”

When I select “default layout” the page appears but I cannot edit its contents.

Now this. Why does my page look like this when I go to edit it.

The message I sent at 5:44pm today stating the page looked broken within the editor is now just broken. Please see attached screenshot of page viewed as a normal web page (not in editor)

Can you please tell me what is going on here

All the content I put into this page is now gone. Is it recoverable? I have no idea what has happened but everything looks broken and the content is gone.

I never made any changes to it.
