Before the customer clicks “add to cart”, how to set a blank field for the buyer to input their personal information.
My online shop has the “product customized” function, so it’s important that the buyer can input their requirement when placing the order.

Sorry to say there are no options in theme settings available for that, You need to find a third party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.
