themassapothecaryParticipantI am having an issue where when cache is enabled, randomly when you go from one page to another all of the sudden the whole header only shows the background colors and no icons, logo, or menus show.
It also happens more frequently when a user opens a page in a new tab. For example, if I am on the homepage and right click on the shop page and open in a new tab.
This never happens on mobile, only on desktop. https://imgur.com/z7MnGxN
Is there something I need to adjust here or exclude from cache?
It also happens randomly if you make the browser window size smaller (enough to where it changes to the tablet header) and then make it full size again. When this happens, if I refresh the page it usually shows the second time. However, when a user opens a page in a new window while still having the initial page open in the first tab, when the header doesn’t load it never does whether you refresh the page or not. Then when you close the initial page and only have the 2nd page open that doesn’t show the heading, if you refresh it does work.
This is very odd behavior.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi themassapothecary ,
Thanks for reaching to us.
You should disable
Mobile DOM optimization (experimental)
option in Theme Settings > Performance > Other and double check. https://prnt.sc/NEd76ZnsfTVDRegards,

Hung PhamKeymasterHi themassapothecary,
Such happens only when the
Separate cache
option is disabled and theMobile DOM optimization
is enabled, but in your case, if you have disabled the DOM optimization and still see the issue, then it’s a cache issue, so I suggest clear the site/browser/server cache and recheck the issue.Next time for the
Mobile DOM optimization
option enable theSeparate cache for mobile devices
to make it work correctly, either disable theMobile DOM optimization
at all. https://prnt.sc/TxxANA4IqEeQKind Regards

themassapothecaryParticipantIs there anything I can exclude from cache to prevent this? Mobile dom experiment is already disabled. I’ve cleared cache multiple times. I’m using Flying Press not wp rocket.
