    Hello,

I need help. I have a problem during checkout. Everything works fine until the client proceeds to payment. Once the payment is completed, the system redirects to a blank page where nothing is displayed, or it shows a 404. It should display what has been purchased, the order number, etc. Also, the widget that appears on the right side, showing what’s in the cart, with images and text along with the buttons, doesn’t look nice—everything is misaligned. (The images are too large, the text is shifted, and the buttons are different sizes.) I should mention that I previously used the Hello Elementor theme (which worked perfectly), but I replaced it with the Woodmart Retail theme. Everything is set up, and when I tested it, these two issues appeared. I’ve disabled all plugins except for the theme, Elementor core plugin, Elementor Pro, and WooCommerce, but the issues are still happening. The “Thank you page” is enabled, but it’s not reacting. I’ve created three websites using Woodmart themes, and I haven’t encountered this kind of issue before. It might be because I’m “replacing” an existing website with a new theme. Could you please access my website and try to fix this problem or tell me what I should do?

This is the state when Elementor Pro is disabled. The widget is fine, but the checkout page still shows a blank screen.

    Hi denniszg,

Thanks for reaching to us and appreciate your patience.

Could you please once check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

In case, the problem remains, please provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) to the Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns more efficiently.

    Regards,
