blank space footer

Tengo un problema, ya intenté arreglarlo con CSS, viendo los detalles del tamaño de cada contenedor, etc., pero no logro resolverlo. La novedad en cuestión es que me sobra un espacio en blanco luego del Footer, uno baja y baja con el scroll y ya lelgamos al Footer y sigue hacia abajo y muestra un espacio en blanco grande.
