Blank space/padding between menu and first elementor widget

Hello,
In some pages I want the first elementor widget to be touching the menu for aesthetic reasons, like a banner for example. But for some reason there is a 40px padding between the first elementor widget and the menu. This 40px are obviously not applied in the elementor widget and I don’t see any option in the header editor besides the “border” which I have set as 0 anyway. I could do negative margin but it runs with lots of problems depending on different resolutions.
I am pretty sure this is coded into the theme, I would like to know how to remove this. Kinda of a minor problem but the same happens with the footer I would like to remove it. I included an image with an example, thank you.

This padding is important for all the Woocommerce templates, in order to remove it from the home page you need to add this negative margin to the first section if you use Elementor https://prnt.sc/uhivji
