Block Scolling on Product page while swipping thru Product images

When im at the product page with the mobile phone and seiping the product pictures there is also scrolling activated. Is there a way to block scrolling while swipping thru product pictures on product page?

Could you please elaborate what you actually want with some relevant screenshots to check it myself and help you out accordingly. Because your current explanation is not clear enough to understand what you required.

Thank you for your fast reply. When i open a Single product page then i swipe thru the image gallery (not open the galery) just in preview. Swipe thru the pictures. While i swipe thru the pictures there is up and down scolling activated. I want to block the donwscrolling during swipe from left to right by the touch screen on a smartphone. On the main page when there is a category carousell it works blocking scrolling while swipe thru categorys. But on the single product page its scroling if you do not a precise swipe with your fingers on the touch screen.

I cant add a screenshot becuase the file is to big 😖

This is the default behaviour of that the scrollbar is displayed and there is no option in Theme Settings to remove it.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

That with the scrollbar is not a problem, it is ok if it is available. Maybe I’ll try to explain it again. If a user is on my product page, for example, the product have 5 product images. He flips through these pictures on his smartphone. left to right or right to left. If the user does not move these images exactly horizontally with his fingers, the page scrolls up or down. At the moment when he moves the product images, the function that the page scrolls up or down should be blocked. This works very well on many other shops. Is there something I can do here? Please remind this issue only happens in the picture preview not in the opened zoomed picture.

Sorry but currently there is no option available for that.

For now and I am forwarding this to our development department for considering adding it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may cause theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.
