Blog Category Problem

Hello. We decided to blog for my Woodmart e-commerce website. But we cannot create a blog category. When you create a category from the articles section, all product categories redirect to the 404 page. Can you help with this?

Could you please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.
