This title is not changed by default. You need to install the Yoast plugin, enter the category and change it.

The Loco can not catch this string as it is a default WordPress category page skug type. Earlier it was possible to change that by means of Yoast plugin, now I cannot find the option, perhaps it moved to Premium options set (not sure) refer the plugin documentation if you can not change try another one.
