Where can I edit the BLOG area inside the theme?

Plus, where do I insert an image on top of the BLOG area? Check the “Black band” on the link below and you will what I am talking about. In the “Woodmart Blog” area:

You can find the settings in the Theme settings > Block.

In addition, the blog page has the page options where you can set an image for the blog banner: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/

Each post also has its settings, enter a post to find them.
