Can anybody please tell me why this is happening? I’m going crazy for the last 2 days I’ve been installing the theme in my localhost. Everything works fine for a while and then this happens. It’s the prebuilt ‘Retail’ theme.

First I thought maybe other plugins interferes it, I uninstalled the 3rd party plugins, re-installed the WoodMart, same thing. First 10 minutes to 1 hour BLOG drop down looks fine then randomly breaks.

I have installed WP over and over again both my localhost and online and tried it again and again.. It always breaks. I got headaches trying to fix it.

    Please help!

    UPDATE:
    I noticed somethings.
    1. It gets fixed when I delete browser tab’s cookies and site data. So the problem cookie based.
    2. I wanted to enable Font Awesome, so in order to do that I had to deactivate ‘Inline Font Icons’ from the Elementor settings. Once I do that and save settings, it breaks again.

But after cleaning the cookies it shows up back normal again.

    Hello,

From what you described, this issue is related to caching or cookie conflicts, especially with Font Awesome / Inline Font Icons in Elementor.

Clear any persistent caching (browser cache, local cache plugins) after making changes. And use a fresh browser session when testing locally, since you noticed cookies are affecting it.

    Best Regards,

Yes. But Elementor cookie conflict is only one of the factor I actually caught. But I’m sure there are some other things triggers it as well.

I read somewhere that using WP Cache plugins are not recommended if using WoodMart theme. Is that true? OR Is there any fully compatible / recommended cache plugin?

    Hello,

The theme is compatible with most major caching plugins when configured correctly. I suggest using WP Rocket to use as it’s fully compatible with the theme.

If the issue remains on your site, It would be best to move your website to a live domain. Once it’s live, you can share the site access with us, and we’ll assist you promptly.

    Best Regards,
