Blog Element Excerpt Length

Hi guys
the excerpt length in the theme settings > Blog > BLOG POST OPTIONS is not limiting the excerpt
shown in the blog element. I have it set to 12 words but it’s showing more than that when I use the Blog Element.

Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
