Blog excerpt

I have a problem with the excerpt of the text on the page: https://www.deklaproos.nl/blog/. There is far too much text on the archive page as an excerpt. Taking into account that this page is not set as a blog page in the settings of wordpress, due to the fact that we have 2 categories for the blogs and 1 of these categories should not be shown on the blog page. Is there a way to solve this with a code or something(that doesn’t show the category “lookbook” on the archive page of the blogs.

Edit each post and remove the text for the Excerpt area – https://prnt.sc/I2b_fDwl_YNQ then the option from Theme Settings will work – https://prnt.sc/Xm94kbx_5Ywx
