I saw the screenshot you attached.

The issue seems to be with the blog thumbnail images. Basically, the blog thumbnails are controlled by default WordPress.

You can change the settings under Dashboard >> Settings >> media.

After changing the size of the thumbnails you need to regenerate the thumbnails using the following plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

Note: Please take a complete backup of the website before regenerating thumbnails.
