Megamenu blocks are not designed for the tabs/carouse and other interactive elements. Please set the grid and button to view more with the link to the blog page.

Menu is loading correctly. I think, It is loading issue. background is not taking full width space & coming white background across with it. In different views the menu does not show correct.

Now I am checking your site and I see that everything looks properly as soon as you have removed the carousel from the mega menu block. Megamenu blocks are designed for a better presenting of the sub-menu items, allowing images, more description, however, it is not designed for sliders carousels, and other interactive elements.

Most likely this is caused by the column off-set, you can find more instruction here: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/responsive-column-control-width-offset-param-usage-explained/

I check the home page and fitness and I do not see this problem.
