Blog Page Editing with Elementor

Hi,
Can I edit blog page with Elementor. Because I couldn’t find any option to edit with Elementor. I am using overlap header all over my website and the default blog posts content is going through the overlap header. How can I adjust this.
I found out that if I don’t use overlap header I can get rid of this but if you provide some fix I may have same header everywhere.

I would like to inform you that it is not possible to directly edit any of the Archive pages (Blog, Shop, Category, Cart, Checkout, etc.) with any of the page builders. These archive pages can only be rendered under Theme Setting.

You set this header as Global header https://prnt.sc/D9izo0iAZDUa which is not Overlap header. While you set Overlap header for every page via Page Settings https://prnt.sc/Epez65ldtCJk

If you want to use Overlap header for whole site, I kindly recommend you to set it via Theme Settings > General > Layout. And select non overlap header for Blog page via Page Settings.

I have one more query. As, I am using custom Layout for shop page. But when I click on Latest News page (Blog Page) from shop page it keeps me on the shop page and doesn’t show the blog page unless I reload the page. Could you please guide me.

In order to fix this problem, please add below code to functions.php in Child theme.

As you said I have added this code to functions.php in child theme and now the problem is fixed. What is next please because child theme is activated and Parent theme is inactive and I need to work on parent and I want to launch this website ASAP.
Is this the problem Everywhere, I mean I have 2 other sites that runs woodmart theme. Do I need to fix them as well.

Please keep Child theme is activated, you can make changes via Theme Settings or Custom CSS in case it needed without lose any customizations.

Sorry for the delay in answering.

You don’t need to activate Parent theme if you keep Child theme activated.

Also, may I know the reason why do you want to switch to Parent theme while fixed code added to functions.php in Child theme. If so, you have to add code to Parent theme and will be lost when you update theme.

It’s alright.
The reason is child theme could decrease the performance of my website when it will call to another files. That is why I want to activate parent theme. Could you please tell me the actual reason what is causing this problem? If I run child then what is the purpose of parent. Let say, If I add above code to parent and after update the code will be erased then what is permanent fix to it. Is this the theme issue or something else.

Please I would like your advise on it as I have to launch the website today.
