Blog Page Lost Content After RESTORE

So I accidentally clicked Move to Bin within the Blog page editor – in my defence the page loaded slowly and my click aimed at a different element hit the Bin option as it loaded.

Anyway I Restored the page & re-published but the Blog page content is now blank.

There are half a dozen posts and they display fine if navigated to, but the main blog page that comes with the theme no long defaults to any content. Can you advise how to revert the blog page to its original

Make sure that you have defined that page as a Post page via Dashboard -> Settings -> Reading: https://prnt.sc/Jp1H0eTtcEdT
