Blog pagination links are not working

when I choose pagination links for blog achieve, it will not work the page links, if I switch into load more or infinite scrolling, it will work. please let me know how to fix the problem for pagination links

This is normal page, which using Blog widget. The Archive Blog page will be set via Settings > Reading.
