Hi, in my blog page, I have turn off the comment function.

However I am still receiving comments from public. May I know how can I turn it off entirely.

I have checked both as an authorized user and not authorized.

Please clarify your problem. Perhaps those comments appeared before you have disabled the option.

I have already turn off the comment function long ago, in fact the comment function is never been on.

This blog post is posted on 15 August 2018, and the comment is just commented on Sat 9/15/2018, 3:59 AM.
