I saw the screenshots you attached. The customers are not able to publish a post as the settings for the membership are set to subscribers from Settings >> General.

The Drop Down you mentioned in the screenshot is not editable. You can try adding the following Custom CSS to remove.

.woocommerce-MyAccount-navigation-link.woocommerce-MyAccount-navigation-link--downloads {
display: none;
}

I saw the screenshots you attached. To Remove downloads from the myaccount you need to add the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

.woodmart-my-account-links .downloads-link {
display: none;
}
