Blog template wont apply

Hi,

I’m trying to use the templates included with the theme for the blog page (the templates included within wp bakery) and when we select them, they dont seem to apply?

How do I get the templates (example the 4 post carousel) to change?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area as well as the page URL.

Hi there, thanks for your reply, the site is new and has a very limited number of plugins, I have disabled them and its not showing any changes to the template. Maybe its a caching issue, im not sure.
Please use the admin credentials below, hopefully you can help!

I thought you had the problem with our Blog element from WP bakery chart. Now I see you tried to insert the template into the Blog page.

Any page can be set as a blog page in Dashboard > Settings > Reading http://prntscr.com/remqyk This page design is configured in the Theme Settings > Blog.

This is the functional page and no matter what content you put, it would not be displayed as this page is destined for post display only.

You can insert the template on any page except functional pages. I have checked and it works here on this page 360-degree-view/
