36stylesParticipantI am having an issue with the Blog widget with Elementor. In the Content tab under General. I set the Data Source to List of IDs. When I start typing the name of a post, it only shows posts within 1 of my categories. I am trying to show posts from a different category, but those do not show once I start typing the names of those posts.

Artem TemosKeymasterThe popup problem is solved with the ID field https://gyazo.com/8ec75fcd753620f92c720377b08198e1
We don’t see the blog widget on the home page. Where we can edit it?July 20, 2020 at 9:07 am #212567
36stylesParticipantFor future reference, where did that “review_popup” ID come from? You can just enter any text in the ID field?
You can create a test post or page and add the blog widget to test it, that’s fine. Just delete it after if you don’t mind. Or don’t publish the page. I do appreciate the help.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe have put the ID there. But the field shouldn’t be empty by default.
Are you able to disable all external plugins and send us your FTP access so we can check what is wrong with the widget?
July 20, 2020 at 9:29 am #212581
36stylesParticipantI just disabled all plugins but I left the Coming Soon plugin activated as I use it to put site in Maintenance Mode. I also left Really Simple SSL activated. When I deactivate it, it seems to break the site.

Artem TemosKeymasterAnd now it seems to work correctly. Please, check from your side.

36stylesParticipantWas it due to a conflict with a plugin? Can I reactivate all my plugins?
Thank you so much for the quick fixes. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you guys finally offering Woodmart with Elementor.
July 20, 2020 at 9:55 am #212596
Artem TemosKeymasterYes, it seems to be a plugin conflict. Try to activate them one by one to see which one causes this issue.
July 20, 2020 at 9:56 am #212597
36stylesParticipantI will do that in the morning when I am back on my PC. Thanks again.

Artem TemosKeymasterOK, contact us if you will have any questions.

36stylesParticipantI figured out what was causing the problem.
It had to do with the RELEVANSSI plugin. In the ‘Searching’ tab, under the ‘Category exclusion’ section, I had the category that was not showing up, checked. Once I unchecked it, everything was working fine.
Sorry for taking up your time. Next time when I am dealing with any issue, I will deactivate all external plugins first to do some proper testing.
Thanks for all your help with this.
